Parking is on site with 2 cars. The location is central in the quiet, green Condado del Jaruco neighborhood. Several supermarkets are close by and the nearest beach and the center of Lloret are 2 km away. In short, the pleasures, not the burdens of a wonderful seaside resort.
Casarulin is officially registered as a holiday home in the 'Register de Turisme de Catalunya (see my profile). Casarulin does not rent to groups of young people (up to 25) and groups of the same sex.

The house has a wonderfully large balcony where you have a beautiful view of Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea from the hills. Very suitable to drink a good glass of wine in the evening or to read a nice book.
Next to the house is a brand new private swimming pool of 6mx3.5m. The beautiful, step-by-step sun terrace has six sun loungers.

There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. For a baby (up to 18 months) there is a camp bed and high chair available.
The home is modernly furnished and equipped with all conveniences, such as an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. You do not do the dishes yourself, you leave that to the dishwasher.
You enter the apartment on the ground floor. Here are the living room, the kitchen (both with access to the spacious balcony), a double bedroom and a smaller bathroom.
You go down via a fixed staircase in the hall. There you will find the two remaining bedrooms and the larger bathroom. You also have access to the garage and the laundry room (with washing machine).
